This book made me love romantic fantasy, and it also turned me into a 10-books-a-month reader. I have yet to find another fictional couple I like better than Cardan and Jude.
I also love Emily Wilde and Wendell Bambleby! Different sort of romance but Emily and Jude are as tough as each other and Cardan and Wendell have a similar vibe. I recently read Howl's Moving Castle and I'm also quite fond of Howl, who is basically Wendell Bambleby. I guess I have an MMC type, lol.
Just a note ... Howl's Moving Castle is not super romantasy ... there's a romantic element but I wouldn't call it a romance. It's YA geared for a younger audience but definitely one of those classics that you ought to check out if you like the fantasy genre. Lots of MMCs have Howl in their DNA.
